HVAC TECHNICIAN

We have an immediate requirement in dubai for Position-HVAC Technician in Oman with one of the leading construction company.

Number of Position-5

Profile-Must have good experience on maintaining split Acs, Chillers and able to repair camp Washing machine . Must have basic idea to repair even electronic Home appliances.

Experience-4-5 years but Gulf experience will be an added advantage

License-GCC license will be an added qualification

PLANNING ENGINEER

Key Job Deliverable/ Accountabilities

Preparation, submission and updating of the project programme of works in coordination with main contractor’s project programme.

Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of:

Project detailed construction programme.

Project material procurement schedule.

Project cost loaded schedule.

Project labor histograms.

Project short term programmes (weekly, monthly etc.)

Based on site progress, reporting to Project Director regarding activities on critical path.

Preparation of recovery programmes in association with Construction-in-charges and Senior Engineers.

Follow-up subcontractors’ programme.

Initiation / responding to all planning/time related correspondence to Engineers/subcontractors.

Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client.

Attend all site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors.

Preparation and maintenance of the project ‘As Built’ Programme.

Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labour, for all trades.

Liaison, preparation and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate/support claims (if applicable) at the post construction stage.

Prepare feedback for all production rates of all tasks at the post construction stage.

Essential Attributes

Ø      B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) from reputed Institutes

Ø      5-8 years of experience in Construction projects out of which 3-4 yrs in Projects Planning on Primavera

Ø      Proficiency in Primavera / MS-Projects and MS Office

Ø      Good interpersonal and communication skills
